What is BALANCE?
Balance is the result of years of professional experience and personal growth. Balance is my work philosophy… a concept… a prism. A way of seeing and understanding the world in which there is room for difference and in which there are truths that sometimes, despite being apparently incompatible, can co-exist.
Balance has to do with finding equilibrium after putting into dialogue parts of oneself that often seem to have opposing positions. It has to do with establishing agreements between favourable and adverse life experiences, as well as between what we desire and what constrains us.
To me, balance also involves discovering middle ground and meeting points within oneself. Essentially, in my clinical practice, I strive to assist my clients in making peace with themselves in the midst of the circumstances they are going through. From this viewpoint, I endeavour to aid you in finding equilibrium and leveraging both your existing capabilities and any new ones you may require.
Balance is about facing your fears, accepting yourself, growing, or stopping when you need to stop.

How does BALANCE happen?
In my professional practice, I use psychological evidence-based techniques to conduct therapy. However, this doesn’t imply disinterest in alternative life perspectives, nor does it diminish the value of other approaches. I simply do not use them in the context of clinical practice.
To me, inner balance is not a permanent state, but the ultimate result of a continuous effort. The search for that emotional balance should be a vital goal that can be transformed into a reality by experiencing Well-Being in daily life. So, Balance happens little by little and with help.
I encourage you to seek your own Balance and, above all, once you find it… don’t lose it!
Being in balance is key to safeguarding your mental health.
